With the rapid development of China's railway transportation industry, the management and maintenance of EMU as the core transport equipment is particularly important. In order to improve the operational efficiency and service level of the EMUs Depot and effectively reduce operation and maintenance costs, the implementation of digital transformation has become a top priority. The purpose of this study is to build a set of digital construction scheme for the EMUs Depot, the main contents of which include:top-level framework, system framework and key technologies of digital construction of EMUs Depot, and carry out pilot application of transformation project.Through the implementation and application pilot of the above schemes, the digital transformation of the EMUs Depot has achieved remarkable results. While improving the data utilization rate, the operation efficiency has been effectively improved, the operation and maintenance cost has been reduced, and the operation accuracy and maintenance decision of the EMUs has been greatly improved. This research not only provides a scientific and comprehensive solution for the digital transformation of the EMUs Depot, but also has an important reference for other similar large-scale technology-intensive equipment operation and maintenance system transformation.
