摘  要:分并贯通试验是动车组三/四级修调试试验的重要部分,对动车组电气车钩的钩针逻辑关系进行试验验证。电气车钩96根测试针涉及直流加压、交流测压、对地导通及直流测压等项目。研制分并贯通试验台将试验项点集中到试验台中,不仅提高试验作业效率同时降低有电作业风险,对传统的测试模式进行改进,以提高检修作业效率。The split and connect test is an important part of the third/fourth level maintenance and debugging test of high-speed trains,which tests the logical relationship of the hook of the electric coupler of the high-speed train.The 96 test pins of the electric coupler involve projects such as DC pressurization,AC voltage measurement,ground conduction,and DC voltage measurement.Developing a separate and interconnected testing platform to concentrate test items on the testing platform not only improves the efficiency of testing operations but also reduces the risk of electrical operations.This improves the traditional testing mode to enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations.
