摘  要:主要对CRH3C动车组空调系统的制冷故障进行分析。介绍动车组空调系统的功能、制冷循环和控制系统;介绍空调常见制冷故障,对空调板卡继电器和接触器、漏氟故障进行分析,对故障原因、故障影响、故障检查处理进行阐述。通过具体的案例分析,介绍压缩机、避振软管和控制系统等关键部件的故障检修流程和解决方案。从远程监控、运用检修、季节性整治以及人员培训4方面制定预防措施和应急处置方法,大量节约空调故障处置时间和提高线上应急处置能力,保证车辆空调系统的功能状态,减少因空调失效导致的应急换车风险,为乘客提供良好的乘坐体验。This article mainly analyzes the refrigeration failure of the CRH3C high-speed train air conditioning system.Firstly,it introduced its functions,refrigeration cycle,and control system of the high-speed train air conditioning system;Then,the common refrigeration faults of air conditioning were introduced and analyzed,such as air conditioning boards,relays and contactors,and fluorine leakage faults.The causes,effects,and inspection and handling of the faults were elaborated in detail.Through specific case analysis,the troubleshooting process and solutions for key components are detailed such as compressors,shock absorbers,and control systems.Finally,preventive measures and emergency response methods have been developed from four aspects:remote monitoring,maintenance,seasonal rectification,and personnel training.This greatly saves time in handling air conditioning failures and improves online emergency response,ensuring the functional status of the vehicle's air conditioning system,reducing the risk of emergency vehicle replacement due to air conditioning failure,and providing passengers with good riding experience.
