摘  要:根据国铁集团修程修制改革工作要求,为逐步实现HXD_(1)型机车网络、变流系统的自主检修,不断推进节支降本增效的总体规划,结合HXD_(1)型机车网络、变流系统的“不下车”检修工作推进,对比分析了“下车拆解”检修与“不下车”检修的规程、工艺执行上存在的差异性及存在的质量风险项点;结合HXD_(1)型货运机车日常运行环境,引入HXD_(1)型机车网络、变流系统“下车不解体”检修要求,并通过综合分析其规程符合性、检修停时、检修成本情况;认为基于目前规程、范围要求下,HXD_(1)型机车C5修网络、变流系统更适合于下车但不解体检修的模式进行,有利于检修停时及质量的控制;该研究为后续网络、变流系统核心部件完全自主修推进工作奠定基础。In accordance with the requirements of the China State Railway Group for the reform of maintenance programs and systems,in order to gradually realize the independent maintenance of the network and converter systems of HXD_(1) locomotives and continuously promote the overall plan of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,this paper,combined with the promotion of the"on-board"maintenance work for the network and converter systems of HXD_(1) locomotives,makes a comparative analysis of the differences in the implementation of regulations and processes between the"off-board disassembly"maintenance and the"on-board"maintenance as well as the items and points of quality risks.Combined with the daily operating environment of HXD_(1) freight locomotives,the requirements for the"off-board without disassembly"maintenance of the network and converter systems of HXD_(1) locomotives are introduced.Through a comprehensive analysis of its compliance with regulations,maintenance downtime and maintenance costs,it is believed that under the current requirements of regulations and scopes,the network and converter systems of HXD_(1) locomotives during the C5 maintenance are more suitable to be maintained in the mode of being taken off the locomotive but without disassembly,which is conducive to the control of maintenance downtime and quality.This research lays a foundation for the follow-up work of fully promoting the independent maintenance of the core components of the network and converter systems.
