摘  要:在机车修程修制改革中,为适应新型交流传动机车与老旧直流传动机车共存的现实,平衡好减少机车过剩修和防止失修的矛盾,积极稳妥推进修程修制健康发展,重庆机务段开展了“面向PHM+的预见性维修模式”探索与实践。该模式通过整合既有重要部件检测诊断数据、着重扩展开发重要部件关键参数检测手段,多维度跟踪验证部件的失效趋势,确定部件的预见性维修门槛值,并根据检测诊断数据不断丰富的水平,制定相应的精准维修策略、运作机制,完善制度支撑。通过该维修模式的探索与实践,达到提升零部件的运行可靠性,提高机车维修的精准性、控制维修成本和提高维修效率,减少过剩修、杜绝失修、避免欠修,缓解机车修用矛盾,为机车检修模式进一步面向PHM+方法改进积累数据基础和实践经验。In order to adapt to the coexistence of new ac-drive locomotive and old DC-drive locomotive,Chongqing locomotive depot has balanced the contradiction between reducing excessive repair and preventing disrepair,the healthy development of course maintenance system was actively and steadily promoted,and the exploration and practice of"Predictive maintenance mode based on PHM+"was carried out.By means of establishing operation mechanism,improving system support,integrating existing data and developing testing methods,the failure trend of components is predicted and the predictive maintenance threshold of components is determined,develop the appropriate precision maintenance strategy.Through the exploration and practice of this maintenance mode,the obvious effects of improving the operation reliability of parts,improving the accuracy of locomotive maintenance,controlling maintenance costs and improving maintenance efficiency,reducing excess maintenance,putting an end to disrepair,avoiding undermaintenance,and alleviating the contradiction of locomotive maintenance have been achieved,which has accumulated data foundation and practical experience for the further improvement of locomotive maintenance mode towards PHM+-oriented method.
