摘 要:铁路货车作为铁路运输的主要载体,其质量直接关系到铁路运输的安全和效率。近年来,随着高速、重载、长距离运输需求的增加,伴随着铁路货车检修数字化、智能化成果的不断应用,在货车检修各环节中通过引入数字化、智能化的检修产线和系统,重塑了工艺流程及工序卡控,提升了质量管理体系物防和技防手段,结合更为有效的人防、技防手段,达到全面提高货车检修质量的目的。As the main carrier of railway transportation,the quality of railway freight cars is directly related to the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.In recent years,with the demand increase for high-speed,heavy-haul and long-distance transportation,along with the continuous application of digital and intelligent achievements in railway freight car maintenance,by introducing digital and intelligent maintenance production lines and systems in various links of freight car maintenance,the technological process and process control have been reshaped,and the material prevention and technical prevention means of the quality management system have been improved.Combined with more effective human prevention and technical prevention means,the purpose of comprehensively improving the quality of freight car maintenance is achieved.
