摘　　要：浩吉铁路是我国开通运营里程最长的重载铁路,作为“北煤南运”的重要通道,其运输效率和安全性显得尤为重要。C_(80B(H))型不锈钢重载敞车作为浩吉铁路运煤的主力车型,其轮对质量问题直接影响列车的运行安全及运输效率。对C_(80B(H))型重载敞车轮对偏磨(左右轮缘、踏面厚度差大于2 mm)问题进行了深入研究,通过对实际运行数据的收集、分析以及现场试验验证等方法,探索C_(80B(H))型敞车轮对磨耗规律。主要分析影响轮对磨耗偏磨的主要因素,提出相应的预防和减缓轮对磨耗偏磨的措施,为提高C_(80B(H))型敞车运行的安全性和可靠性、降低维护成本提供理论依据和实践指导。With the development of China's railway freight in the direction of high-speed and heavy-load,Haoji Railway which is an important channel of"North Coal to South Transportation",its transportation efficiency and safety are particularly important.As the main model of Haoji Railway Coal Transportation,the wheelset problem of C_(80B(H))stainless steel heavy-duty gondola directly affects the operation safety and transportation efficiency of the train.The purpose of this paper is to deeply study the wear problem of C_(80B(H))heavyduty open wheelset,and explore the law of wheelset wear through the collection and analysis of actual operation data and field test verification.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the wear of the wheelset,and proposes corresponding measures to prevent and slow down the wear of the wheelset,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the operation safety and reliability of the C_(80B(H))gondola and reducing the maintenance cost.
