摘  要:接触网作为电气化铁路常用的2种供电网络方式之一,是沿铁路线上空架设的向电力机车供电的特殊形式的输电线路,对机车稳定运行尤为重要。人烟稀少地界小动物活动频繁,它们极易侵入铁路沿线限界,造成设备接地短路跳闸,严重威胁变电设备安全稳定运行。基于成都供电段故障跳闸历史数据,深入剖析小动物引起跳闸的各项参数,并精确界定其关键数值范围。随后通过对跳闸比重、线路分布等数据的系统分析,进一步揭示跳闸现象的内在诱因。文中创新性地提出了一系列针对性强、操作性高的解决小动物引起跳闸问题的措施。这些措施包括加强铁路小动物侵界重点区域的日常巡视、采用封堵式腕臂底座设计以防止小动物攀爬、安装驱鸟装置以减少鸟类停留、设置刀刺网以阻挡小动物进入、定期清扫、悬挂蛇药等。通过实施这些措施,预期能够显著减少小动物(蛇)引起的跳闸故障,进而提升电气化铁路的整体安全运行水平。不仅为电气化铁路的供电网络维护提供了重要的理论依据和实践指导,也为其他类似领域的故障分析与问题解决提供有益的参考。As one of the two commonly used power supply network methods for electrified railways,the overhead contact system is a special form of transmission line installed along the railway line to supply power to electric locomotives,which is particularly important for the stable operation of locomotives.Small animals in sparsely populated areas have frequent activities and are prone to invade railway boundaries,causing equipment grounding short circuits and tripping,posing a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of substation equipment.This paper is based on the historical data of fault tripping in the Chengdu power supply section.Firstly,it deeply analyzes the various parameters that cause tripping by small animals and accurately defines their key numerical ranges.Subsequently,through systematic analysis of data such as tripping proportion and line distribution,the underlying causes of the tripping phenomenon were further revealed.On this basis,this paper innovatively proposes a series of targeted and highly operational measures to solve the problem of small animal tripping.These measures include strengthening daily inspections of key areas where small animals invade the railway,adopting a sealed wrist arm base design to prevent small animals from climbing,installing bird repelling devices to reduce bird stays,setting up knife and thorn nets to block small animals from entering,regular cleaning,hanging snake medicine,etc.By implementing these measures,we expect to significantly reduce tripping failures caused by small animals(snakes),thereby improving the overall safe operation level of electrified railways.This paper not only provides important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the maintenance of the power supply network of electrified railways,but also provides useful references for fault analysis and solution in other similar fields.
