摘　　要：针对广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司冷轧厂1250mm酸轧机组卷取芯轴卸卷过程中存在钢卷抽芯,导致钢卷无法正常卸卷,严重时钢卷掉落砸坏机组设备,造成重大设备故障的问题,分析了造成钢卷抽芯的原因,加强了管控措施以减少抽芯故障,并设计安装了钢卷防抽芯在线检测装置,运用光电开关对钢卷位置检测,有效避免了钢卷抽芯故障的发生。In view of the problem of coil core pulling in the uncoiling process of coiling mandrel of 1250 mm pickling and rolling line of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,which leads to the problem that coil can't be uncoiled normally,and in severe cases,coil falls and damages the unit equipment,resulting in major equipment failure.This paper analyzes the causes of coil core pulling,strengthens the control measures to reduce the core pulling failure,designs and installs the on-line detection device of anti-core pulling of coil,and uses photoelectric switch to detect the position of coil.
