摘　　要：冶金铁水运输线路是冶金企业专用铁路线,由于担负着铁水运输,对线路安全性要求很高。针对山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司铁水运输线路曲线半径小、坡度大,铁水罐车对铁路横向推力大,导致铁路难以保持正常工作状态,钢轨接头常出现病害,道口道床不稳定,影响运输安全和效率问题,采取了对线路状态进行动态监测、高强度砼枕道岔升级、小半径无缝线路铺设等优化改造措施,改造后的铁水运输线路工作状态良好,满足了铁水运输工作的需求。The transportation line of metallurgical molten iron is a special railway line for metallurgical enterprises.Due to its responsibility for molten iron transportation,it has high requirements for line safety.In view of the small curve radius and large slope of transportation line of molten iron in Laiwu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the transverse thrust of molten iron tankers on the railway makes it difficult for the railway to maintain normal working condition,rail joints often appear defects,and crossing trackbed is unstable,which affects the transportation safety and efficiency.As a result,optimization measures such as dynamic monitoring of line status,upgrading of high-strength concrete sleeper turnouts and laying of small radius jointless track have been taken.
