摘 要:随着环保政策的不断升级,露天物料堆场的封闭改造成为工业环保治理的重要环节。本文以某成品矿堆场封闭改造工程为背景,分析了网架结构在满足环保要求、降低工程成本以及缩短工期等方面的技术优势。通过对比网架结构与网壳结构的受力特性、经济性和施工可行性,提出采用多点支承结合悬挑设计的网架结构方案。该方案在保留原有挡风抑尘设施的基础上,通过优化支承布局和悬挑设计,实现了结构稳定性与生产需求的双重满足。经济效益分析表明,该方案较传统方法节省投资约350万元,工期缩短且对生产影响降至最低。工程实践验证了网架结构在大型料棚封闭改造中的高效性与灵活性,为类似工程提供了参考。With continuous upgrading of environmental protection policies,the enclosed transformation of open-air material yards has become an important part of industrial environmental protection governance.This paper takes the enclosed transformation project of a certain finished ore yard as background,and analyzes the technical advantages of grid structure in meeting environmental protection requirements,reducing project costs,and shortening the construction period.By comparing the stress characteristics,economy,and construction feasibility of grid structure and shell structure,a grid structure scheme using multi-point support combined with cantilever design is proposed.On the basis of retaining the original wind and dust suppression facilities,this plan achieves dual satisfaction of structural stability and production requirements by optimizing support layout and cantilever design.Economic benefit analysis shows that this plan saves about 3.5 million yuan in investment compared to traditional methods,shortens the construction period,and minimizes the impact on production.The engineering practice has verified the efficiency and flexibility of grid structure in enclosed transformation of large-scale material sheds,providing reference for similar projects.
