摘　　要：介绍了阳极组装车间自动化生产线链式炭块输送机设备运行中存在的问题,对存在的问题进行了讨论与分析。针对问题产生的原因,制定了技术改造方案,并阐述了改造方案的实施细节。改造后的链式输送机在运行中故障率大幅度降低,备件消耗减少。设备能够平稳运行,满足了生产需求,达到了改造预期目标.This paper introduces the problems that exist in operation of chain carbon block conveyor equipment in automated production line of anode assembly workshop,and discusses and analyzes the existing problems.A technical transformation plan has been developed to address the causes of the problem,and the implementation details of the transformation plan have been explained.After the transformation,the chain conveyor has significantly reduced failure rate,and spare parts consumption during operation.As a result,the equipment can operate smoothly,meet production needs,and achieve the expected transformation goals.
