摘　　要：在工业生产领域,电气设备的稳定运行对于保障生产效率和产品质量至关重要。然而,随着设备使用年限的增长,维修成本逐渐成为企业运营中不可忽视的一部分。本文通过对首钢长治钢铁有限公司2023年度电气类修理费用的统计分析,结合备件修理流程的审查,并深入现场调查,识别出影响维修费用的关键因素。针对性地提出改善设备使用环境、增强预防性维护、优化维修流程、提升维修人员技能和规范技术协议等措施。实施后,成功降低了电气设备的维修费用,提高了设备运行效率和可靠性,为企业节约了大量成本,增强了企业的市场竞争力,也为同行业在降低电气类维修费用方面提供了经验。In the field of industrial production,the stable operation of electrical equipment is crucial for ensuring production efficiency and product quality.However,as the service life of equipment increases,maintenance costs have gradually become an indispensable part of enterprise operations.Through conducting a statistical analysis of the electrical maintenance costs of Shougang Changzhi Steel and Iron Co.,Ltd.in 2023,combined with a review of maintenance process for spare parts and in-depth on-site investigation,this paper identifies the key factors affecting maintenance costs,proposes targeted measures to improve equipment usage environment,enhance preventive maintenance,optimize maintenance processes,enhance the skills of maintenance personnel,and standardize technical agreements.After this implementation,the maintenance costs of electrical equipment were successfully reduced,the operational efficiency and reliability of the equipment were improved,and a significant amount of costs were saved for the enterprise,enhancing its market competitiveness and providing experience for the same industry in reducing electrical maintenance costs.
