摘　　要：介绍了双法兰远传差压变送器在危化品企业中的使用和维护方法,对双法兰远传差压变送器在危化品企业生产运行中出现的液位反应迟缓、液位示值波动、远程液位显示值明显偏高等典型故障进行了分析,并提出了对故障进行检查、分析和详细处理的方法,可有效满足整个系统对装置参数测量和参与自动控制的需求。This paper introduces the use and maintenance methods of double flange remote differential pressure transmitters in hazardous chemical enterprises,analyzes typical faults such as slow liquid level response,fluctuating liquid level readings,and significantly high display values of remote liquid level that occur in the production and operation of double flange remote differential pressure transmitters in hazardous chemical enterprises,and proposes methods for checking,analyzing,and handling faults,which can effectively ensure the requirements of entire system for device parameter measurement and participation in automatic control.
