摘　　要：介绍了风机运行过程中的故障种类及特征,分析了产生故障的原因,通过状态监测技术对烧结脱硫脱硝风机轴承等设备进行故障诊断,可以对隐患早发现、早预防,保证生产正常运行,减少经济损失,防止安全事故发生。同时掌握设备的运行状态,预测设备未来的工作状态,为设备管理和维修决策提供技术根据。This paper introduces the types and characteristics of faults during fan operation,analyzes the causes of faults,and conducts troubleshooting of bearings for sintering desulfurization and denitration fan and other equipment with condition monitoring technology,which can find and prevent hidden dangers early,ensure the normal operation of production,reduce economic losses and prevent safety accidents.At the same time,the running condition of the equipment could be mastered and the future working condition of the equipment could be predicted which can provide technical basis for equipment management and maintenance decisions.
