摘　　要：针对型钢生产线万向接轴端面齿双头螺栓频繁断裂的问题,通过故障原因分析发现,螺栓松动主要由旋转型松动和氢脆应力集中引发。通过优化螺栓预紧力、引入双碟自锁防松垫圈、规范安装作业标准及采用专用液压扭矩工具等措施,显著降低了螺栓断裂故障率。实践表明,改进后接轴螺栓未再出现松动或断裂,设备维护成本降低,稳定性显著提升。In view of the frequent fracture of face tooth studs of universal joint shafts in section steel production lines,it was found through troubleshooting that bolt loosening is mainly caused by both rotational loosening and hydrogen embrittlement stress.By optimizing the preload force of the bolts,introducing double-disc self-locking anti-loose washers,standardizing installation standards,and using specialized hydraulic torque tools,the failure rate of bolt fractures has been significantly reduced.Practice has shown that after improvement,the bolts of the joint shafts have not loosened or fractured again,the maintenance cost of the equipment has been reduced,and the stability has been significantly improved.
