摘 要:以攀钢炼钢厂1#方坯连铸机结晶器液压系统为研究对象,系统分析了液压管道安装过程中的污染控制技术。针对施工工期短、多专业交叉作业等特点,从槽式酸洗、管道安装、爆破吹扫、冲洗方式选择及技术参数优化等方面提出了污染控制措施。通过实施科学的污染控制策略,有效减少了污染物的侵入,缩短冲洗时间30%以上,系统清洁度达到NAS5级标准,显著降低了人力与物力成本。研究表明,合理的冲洗参数(如紊流流速≥3.83m/s、温度25~60℃)结合周期性振动和压缩空气搅拌,可显著提升冲洗效率。为同类液压系统的污染控制提供了理论依据和工程实践参考。This paper systematically analyzes the pollution control technology during the installation process of hydraulic pipelines in the hydraulic system of the mold of No.1 billet continuous caster in Pangang Steelworks.In view of the characteristics of short construction period and cross disciplinary operations,pollution control measures have been proposed from the aspects of tank pickling,pipeline installation,blasting and blowing,selection of flushing methods,and optimization of technical parameters.By implementing scientific pollution control strategies,the entry of pollutants has been effectively reduced,the flushing time has been shortened by more than 30%,and the system cleanliness has reached Level 5 of NAS standard,significantly reducing labor and material costs.Research has shown that reasonable flushing parameters(such as when turbulent flow velocity is≥3.83 m/s,temperature is 25-60℃)combined with periodic vibration and compressed air agitation can significantly improve flushing efficiency.As a result,theoretical basis and engineering practice reference for pollution control of similar hydraulic systems are provided.
