摘　　要：减速器作为喷煤磨机的核心传动部件,在长期运行过程中会出现漏油、齿磨损等现象,需要定期进行更换。本文介绍了喷煤磨机的工作原理,分析了更换喷煤磨机减速器存在的问题,科学制定减速器的更换方案,通过使用专用吊装装置、放置滚杠、移动检修平台等辅助方法,实现对喷煤磨机减速器快速高效更换。As the core transmission component of the coal injection mill,the reducer may experience oil leakage,gear wear,and other phenomena during long-term operation so that regular replacement is needed.This paper introduces the working principle of coal injection mill,analyzes the problems in replacing reducer of coal injection mill,scientifically formulates replacement plan of reducer.Through the use of specialized lifting devices,placement of rollers,mobile maintenance platforms and other auxiliary methods,fast and efficient replacement of reducer of coal injection mill is achieved.
