摘　　要：详细阐述了韶钢7号高炉大修项目的工程现状,深入剖析了其施工总体部署原则,并全面总结梳理了停炉前提前施工部署、停炉后拆除施工部署及修建阶段施工部署的特点。旨在为国内相关从业者提供参考,助力其更好地应对高炉大修工程中的施工管理难题,进而提升高炉大修工程施工组织管理的可靠性与稳定性。This paper elaborates on the engineering status of the overhaul project of No.7 blast furnace in Shaoguan Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,deeply analyzes its overall construction deployment principles,and comprehensively summarizes and sorts out the characteristics of construction deployment before furnace shutdown,dismantling construction deployment after furnace shutdown,and construction deployment during construction period to provide reference for domestic practitioners related to blast furnace overhaul,help them better cope with construction management difficulties in blast furnace overhaul projects,and thereby enhance the reliability and stability of construction organization and management in blast furnace overhaul projects.
