氮素施肥对6月龄山桂花苗木生长的影响

摘  要:以6月龄山桂花苗木为材料,采用完全随机区组设计,设置5个处理(对照CK、常规施肥CF、指数施肥EF_(1)、EF_(2)、EF_(3)),施氮总量分别为0、0.5、0.2、0.5、1.0 g/株,施氮20次,间隔7 d,施氮后每月测定生长量,在最后一次生长量测定后,分别选取不同处理的苗木各5株,重复3次,测其生物量。结果表明,施氮明显地提高了山桂花苗木的苗高、地径及生物量的生长。指数施肥(EF_(3))的山桂花苗木平均苗高最高,为55.67 cm,平均地径最粗,为0.73 cm,地下部分生物量、地上部分生物量及全株生物量最大,分别为1.625、7.242、8.867 g。在苗圃培育壮苗过程中,宜采用指数施肥。A completely randomized block design was conducted on six-month-old seedlings of Paramichelia baillonii.Five treatments were designed including control(CK),conventional fertilization(CF)and exponential fertilization treatment(EF_(1),EF_(2) and EF_(3)),with N application rates of 0,0.5,0.2,0.5 and 1.0 g/seedling,with 20 times nitrogen application at 7-day interval.The monthly growth was measured after nitrogen application.5 seedlings of different treatments were selected and repeated 3 times to measure their biomass when the last growth measurement had been done.The results showed that nitrogen application significantly increased the height,diameter and biomass of Paramichelia baillonii seedlings.The exponential fertilization(EF_(3))had the highest average seedling height at 55.67 cm,and the thickest average diameter at 0.73 cm.The underground biomass,aboveground biomass,and whole plant biomass with the exponential fertilization(EF_(3))were the highest,at 1.625,7.242,and 8.867 g.To sum up,the process of cultivating strong seedlings should adopt the exponential fertilization.
