摘  要:为提高红锥扦插苗木成活率,满足生产上对优良苗木的需求,开展不同扦插时间、苗床基质、植物生长调节剂浓度、穗条类型和移袋时期的扦插育苗试验。结果表明,利用红锥优良材料营建矮干采穗圃,培育半木质化、基径粗度0.21~0.40 cm的健壮穗条,采用红心土80%、细河沙20%的基质,ABT6号生根粉浓度300 mg·L^(-1)处理穗条1~2 h,于1月中旬—5月中旬进行扦插,扦插苗龄为5个月,苗木平均成活率85.6%~95.0%,平均生根率93.5%~95.5%,平均抽梢基径0.12~0.13 cm,平均抽梢高8.4~12.5 cm;在苗龄为5个月至7个月时进行移袋培育,并加强水肥、光照和病虫害等管理,在次年3月—5月苗木能达到地径>0.30 cm、苗高>30 cm以上,符合合格苗标准,可出圃造林。In order to improve the survival rate of Castanopsis hystrix cuttings and meet the demand for excellent seedlings in production,experiments were carried out on different time,seedbed substrates,concentrations of plant growth regulators,types of cuttings and bagging period for seedling cultivation.The results showed that the excellent materials of C.hystrix were used to construct a low-stem cutting orchard and cultivate semi-lignified,healthy cuttings with a basal diameter of 0.21-0.40 cm.The substrate was treated with 80% red soil and 20% fine river sand,and the cuttings was treated with ABT6 rooting powder at a concentration of 300 mg/L for 1-2 hours.The cuttings taken from mid-January to mid-May achieved an average survival rate of 85.6%-95.0%,an average rooting rate of 93.5%-95.5%,an average shoot basal diameter of 0.12-0.13 cm,and an average shoot height of 8.4-12.5 cm at 5 months of age.Transplanting the cuttings into bags at 5 to 7 months of age,coupled with enhanced management of water,fertilizer,light,and pest control,enabled the seedlings to reach a ground diameter greater than 0.3 cm and a height greater than 30 cm by March to May of the following year,meeting the standards for qualified seedlings suitable for afforestation.
