基于AVC理论的白沙滩水库型水利风景区旅游景观综合评价

摘　　要：水利风景区是维护水资源健康、传承水文化、促进人与自然协调发展的关键平台,承载着建设国家生态文明的重要使命。为推动水利风景区高质量发展、实现存量更新,基于AVC理论、层次分析法、德尔菲法,从吸引力、生命力、承载力3个维度选取指标,构建适合水库型水利风景区的旅游景观综合评价体系,对克拉玛依市白沙滩景区旅游景观进行评价。研究认为,水库型水利风景区旅游景观AVC三力相对重要性为承载力>吸引力>生命力。白沙滩景区拥有丰富的地形条件和水资源,以及优越的地理位置,但景区游憩设施丰富度、水面互动性、水利文化挖掘有待加强;景区目前旅游产品开发模式较为单一、景区管理人员不足,在旅游收入方面也有很大提升空间;景区丰富的自然景观资源是其优势所在,但未能对活动空间进行精细化划分,使得游客感知及反馈总体较差;水库周边存在安全隐患。藉此提出相应旅游景观提升建议。Water conservancy scenic areas serve as critical platforms for maintaining water resource health,inheriting water culture,and promoting the harmonious development of humans and nature.They bear the significant mission of building an ecological civilization.To promote the high-quality development of water conservancy scenic areas and achieve the renewal of existing resources,this study,based on the AVC theory,Analytic Hierarchy Process,and Delphi method,selects indicators from three dimensions—attraction,vitality,and carrying capacity—to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for tourism landscapes in reservoir-type water conservancy scenic areas.The system is applied to evaluate the tourism landscape of the Baishatan Scenic Area in Karamay City.The study finds that the relative importance of the three forces in the tourism landscape of reservoir-type water conservancy scenic areas is in the order of carrying capacity>attraction>vitality.The Baishatan Scenic Area boasts rich terrain conditions,abundant water resources,and a superior geographical location.However,the diversity of recreational facilities,water surface interactivity,and the exploration of water conservancy culture need enhancement.The current tourism product development model is relatively singular,and there is a shortage of management personnel,leaving significant room for improvement in tourism revenue.While the area′s rich natural landscape resources are its strength,the lack of refined division of activity spaces results in generally poor visitor perception and feedback.Additionally,there are safety hazards around the reservoir.Based on these findings,corresponding suggestions for improving the tourism landscape are proposed.
