摘 要:目的 构建具有高疏水和紫外屏蔽效果的韧性功能涂层。方法 利用环氧树脂E51、丙烯酸和二硫代二丙酸(DTDPA)为原料合成了具有UV光固化活性的乙烯基酯树脂,与稀释剂丙烯酸羟乙酯混合制得涂料后经UV固化制备获得乙烯基酯光固化涂层,接着在光固化涂层表面喷涂含纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸的悬浮液构建了超疏水涂层。结果 当DTDPA质量分数为10%时所制备的涂层拉伸强度可达45 MPa,韧性为5.31 kJ/m^(3),铅笔硬度为4H,喷涂含硬脂酸和纳米氧化锌的悬浮液后涂层的水接触角可达151°;疏水复合涂层机械稳定性优异,砂纸摩擦440cm仍保持疏水状态,并且具有抗紫外的能力。结论 在乙烯基酯树脂结构中引入DTDPA能够调控乙烯基酯固化涂层的拉伸强度和韧性,喷涂纳米氧化锌的疏水悬浮液能使涂层表面疏水性和表面粗糙度明显增加。此外,复合涂层表面镶嵌的纳米氧化锌赋予了复合涂层高的紫外屏蔽性。为高强韧、超疏水及紫外屏蔽作用的功能性涂层开发提供了一种便捷有效的构建思路,在光固化功能涂料领域具有潜在的应用价值。Vinyl ester resin with the terminal vinyl structure has high UV curing activity,excellent chemical stability and heat resistance and high mechanical strength,which displays the promising applications in coating,ink and adhesive fields.However,the cured products of vinyl ester resin suffer with poor toughness and easy cracking problems.At the same time,the cured products usually lack of hydrophobic characteristics and UV shielding property,which limits the application of vinyl ester resin in the field of strong and tough outdoor coating construction.In this study,tough and functional coatings with high hydrophobic property and UV shielding effect were simply and effectively prepared.At first,tough vinyl ester resins with UV photocurable activity(ESA resin)were synthesized from epoxy resin E51,acrylic acid,and dithiodipropionic acid(DTDPA).Then,these resins were used with diluent hydroxyethyl acrylate to prepare the vinyl ester resin-based photocured coatings by UV curing treatment.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy results indicated that the ESA resin had been successfully synthesized.The gel ratios of ESA-based cured coatings tested by the acetone immersion process were greater than 95%,and the ESA-based cured coatings exhibited a pencil hardness of 4H and good acid resistance.It was noted that the introduction of DTDPA into the vinyl ester resin structure significantly improved the strength and toughness of the vinyl ester-based cured coating.The tensile test result showed that when the addition of DTDPA was 10%,the tensile strength of the coating reached 45 MPa and the toughness was 5.31 kJ/m^(3),which represented over 5.3 times the toughness of many ordinary vinyl ester resins-based coatings.Furthermore,the nanocomposite coating with a lotus leaf structure containing nano-zinc oxide and a hydrophobic stearic acid surface layer was constructed by spraying treatment on the surface of the optimized ESA-based cured coating.The scanning electron microscope observat
