摘 要:基于2008-2019年31个省面板数据,从人均受教育年限及各层次学历人口占比两个不同维度出发,对人力资本、技术创新及经济高质量发展之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果显示,提升人均受教育水平,增加大专及以上不同教育层次人口占比均可显著促进中国经济的高质量发展。技术创新与经济高质量发展正相关,增加高层次学历人口尤其是博士学历人口占比,可显著提升技术创新对经济高质量发展的正向影响。另外,各模型中介效应检验结果显示,技术创新存在部分中介效应,即人力资本结构可通过促进技术创新加快中国经济的高质量发展。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2008 to 2019,this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between human capital,technological innovation and high-quality economic development from two different dimensions:the number of years of education per capita and the proportion of population with academic qualifications at all levels.The results show that improving the per capita education level and increasing the proportion of people with different levels of education at or above junior college can significantly promote the high-quality development of China′s economy.Technological innovation is positively related to high-quality economic development.Increasing the proportion of people with high-level education,especially the proportion of people with doctoral education,can significantly improve the positive impact of technological innovation on high-quality economic development.In addition,the intermediary effect test results of each model show that there are some intermediary effects of technological innovation,that is,the human capital structure can accelerate the high-quality development of China′s economy by promoting technological innovation.
