摘　　要：在城市更新工作中,中小型公园绿地的提升改造一方面是补齐市政基础设施短板、提升城市绿地服务功能的重要举措,另一方面也是老旧片区更新改造工程的重要内容。本文以美国纽约城市更新过程中最成功的中小型公园绿地之一——布莱恩特公园为例,从提升改造工作的前期准备、中期实施、后期管运三个阶段出发,分析其提升改造策略,以期为当下的中小型公园绿地提升改造工作提供参考。In the context of urban renewal,the renovation of small and medium-sized parks is not only an important measure to fill the gaps of municipal infrastructure and enhance the service functions of urban green spaces,but also a crucial part of the renewal and reconstruction projects in aging urban districts.This paper looks into Bryant Park,one of the most successful small and medium-sized parks in the urban renewal process of New York,USA,and analyzes its renovation strategies from three stages of its work:preparation,implementation and operation,trying to provide references for the current renovation projects of small and medium-sized parks.
