摘  要:对海水池塘养殖底泥进行化学成分及物理性能测试,从理论上分析作为烧结砖原料的可行性。基于成分及相关物理性能测试研究结果,进行成型及烧成工艺研究,烧制出力学性能、相关耐久性、放射性、氯离子溶出含量等参数符合现行国家标准要求的烧结砖。Chemical composition and physical properties of sediment from seawater pond aquaculture were tested,to theoretically analyze its feasibility as a raw material for sintered bricks.Based on the results of composition and related physical performance testing,the molding and firing process were studied to produce sintered bricks with mechanical properties and durability that meet the current national standards.Through tests of radioactivity and chloride ion leaching content,it was verified that the fired bricks have no potential environmental pollution hazards for later using.
