摘 要:为提高废弃建筑材料在水泥基材料中的综合利用率,本文研究了再生混凝土粉与再生砖粉之间的协同作用以及对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当再生混凝土粉:再生砖粉=2:1时,硬化混凝土各龄期抗压强度和工作性能达到最优,相较于单掺再生混凝土粉和单掺再生砖粉的试验组抗压强度、坍落度和扩展度均提高,并且此时的孔隙结构得到改善,总孔隙率与有害孔的占比也最低。此外,掺入3%的CaO能够促进复合体系的水化反应,生成更多的AFt、C-S-H等水化产物,混凝土试件3d、7d和28d的抗压强度分别增加了21.8%、21.6%、4.1%。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of waste building materials in cementitious materials,this paper investigates the synergistic effect between recycled concrete powder and recycled brick powder and the effect on the working and mechanical properties of concrete.The test results show that when ratio of recycled concrete powder vs recycled brick powder is 2:1,the compressive strength and working properties of hardened concrete at all ages are the best,and the compressive strength,slump and extensibility are all increased compared to the test groups with single admixture of recycled concrete powder and single admixture of recycled brick powder,and at this time,the pore structure is improved,and the total porosity with the lowest percentage of hazardous pores is also the lowest.In addition,the admixture of 3%CaO could promote the hydration reaction of the composite system and generate more hydration products such as AFt,C-S-H,etc.,and the compressive strength of the concrete specimens at 3d,7d,and 28d increased by 21.8%,21.6%,and 4.1%,respectively.
