事故通风及消防排烟设计若干问题探讨

摘　　要：本文以事故通风设计和消防排烟设计为例,通过多个项目的对照,以及实际项目中遇到问题的探讨,对出现理解偏差频率较高的一些规范条文进行解读,提出由各地主管部门及时进行释疑或出具地方标准作为补充,明确相关条文的做法,对于减少方案争议、设计修改、施工返工有明显裨益。Taking emergent ventilation and fire smoke exhaust design as examples,though comparing of several project designs and the debating encountered in actual projects relate to the certain provisions that easy making misunderstood,we recommend relative departments should timely explain doubts or issue local standards as a supplement,and clarify the relevant provisions,which will be of obvious benefit to reducing disputes,design modifications,and construction rework.
