摘　　要：以科技创新推动传统建筑业升级改造,既是工程建设企业积极适应新一轮科技革命的必然选择,也是主动引领产业革命的战略需要。本文主要对当前工程建设企业的科技项目管理模式进行探讨,围绕当前顶层创新布局弱、成果转化乏力、平台数智赋能不足等问题提出可操作的优化建议,以期形成适应行业发展需求的科技项目管理体系。Advancing the transformation and modernization of the traditional construction industry through technological innovation is not only a necessary response for construction enterprises to the new wave of technological revolution,but also a strategic initiative to lead industrial transformation.This paper discusses the current models of technology project management within construction enterprises,addressing issues such as insufficient top-level innovation planning,ineffective commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,and a lack of digital and intelligent platform support.It offers actionable recommendations aimed at developing a project management system that is well-suited to the evolving needs of the industry.
