摘 要:为提升工程项目设计精度和效率并降低施工风险和成本,采用BIM技术在项目实施阶段进行设计优化和施工模拟十分必要。以福州新投时代中心项目为案例,在设计阶段通过Revit软件搭建可视化模型、进行模型检查、协同优化设计能准确提高设计效率和质量。在施工阶段,BIM技术用于搭建施工现场布置模型、排砖分缝模型、管线支吊架模型、精装修模型和施工工艺模拟图可有效提升施工效率、安全性和资源利用率。BIM技术在新投时代中心项目的成功应用不仅提高了设计的准确性,降低了施工风险和成本,还带来了一定经济效益。In order to improve the design accuracy and efficiency of the project and reduce the construction risk and cost,it is necessary to use BIM technology to conduct design optimization and construction simulation in the project implementation stage.Taking Fuzhou New Investment Times Center project as an example,the using of the visual model,model inspection and collaborative optimization design by Revit software can accurately improve the design efficiency and quality in the design stage.In the construction stage,BIM technology is used to build the construction site layout model,brick separation model,pipeline support and hanger model,fine decoration model and construction process simulation diagram,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency,safety and resource utilization rate.The successful application of BIM technology in the new investment era center project not only improves the accuracy of the design,reduces the construction risk and cost,but also brings certain economic benefits.
