摘　　要：建设项目投资后评价作为项目管理的重要环节,对于总结管理经验、优化投资决策、提升管理水平具有重要意义。然而,在实际操作中,建设项目投资后评价仍存在诸多问题,影响了评价工作的有效性和准确性。现通过分析存在的问题,并提出具体的解决办法,以期推动建设项目投资后评价工作开展。As an important part of project management,post evaluation of construction projects investment is of great significance for summarizing management experience,optimizing investment decisions,and improving management level.However,in practical operation,there are still many problems in the investment post evaluation of construction projects,which affect the effectiveness and accuracy of the evaluation work.By analyzing the existing problems and proposing specific solutions,we aim to promote the post evaluation of construction project investment.
