摘　　要：在钙长石/玻璃复合陶瓷结合剂中添加不同含量的H_(3)BO_(3)添加剂,用差示扫描热分析仪、X射线衍射仪等研究H_(3)BO_(3)对钙长石/玻璃复合陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响。结果表明:H_(3)BO_(3)含量增加,陶瓷结合剂的T g在一定范围内降低;且当H_(3)BO_(3)质量分数为40%,陶瓷结合剂的流动性最好,用其制备的陶瓷CBN磨具试样抗折强度最高,达到62.4 MPa。Different contents of H_(3)BO_(3)additives were added to anorthite/glass composite vitrified bond.The effect of H_(3)BO_(3)content on the structures and properties of anorthite/glass composite vitrified bond was studied by differential scanning calorimeter,X-ray diffractometer,and other methods.The results show that with the increase of H_(3)BO_(3)content,the glass transition temperature of vitrified decreases within a certain range.When the mass fraction of H_(3)BO_(3)is 40%,the flowability of the vitrified bond is the best,and the vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel sample with this vitrified bond has the highest flexural strength,reaching 62.4 MPa.
