摘　　要：针对金刚石绳锯面向用户群体差异大、用户对产品要求各不相同以及绳锯制备过程长、个性化配方需求多、质量难管控等问题,亟需一种快捷的沟通渠道,对产品质量进行持续高效改进,使之满足用户需求。本文提出了一种基于工业互联网的金刚石绳锯智能质量管理模块建设方案,不仅可实现产品质量过程的实时监控,系统智能分析识别异常并报警,提供已有案例为问题解决提供方案,待处理确认后更新数据库,长期以往使得质量问题得以快速响应,还可充分满足不同群体需求,使销售商和用户可根据权限,即时了解产品制备过程质量和生产进度,实现产品全产业链的互联互通,最终提高绳锯制造商市场竞争力。In view of the large differences in the user groups of diamond wire saws,the diverse product requirements of users,the long preparation process of wire saws,the numerous demands for personalized formulas,and the difficulty in controlling quality,an expeditious communication channel is urgently needed to continuously and efficiently improve product quality to meet user demands.This paper proposes a construction scheme of intelligent quality management module for diamond wire saw based on industrial Internet,which can not only realize real-time monitoring of product quality process,the system can intelligently analyze and identify abnormalities and give alarms,provide existing cases to provide solutions to problems,and update the database after being processed and confirmed.In the past,quality problems can be quickly responded to in the long run,but also fully meet the needs of different groups,so that sellers and users can know the quality and production progress of the product preparation process according to their authority,realize the interconnection of the whole industrial chain of products,and comprehensively improve the market competitiveness of wire saw manufacturers.
