摘 要:综述了PVDF膜表面改性的最新进展,重点分析了表面涂层法与化学接枝法的改性机制及性能提升效果:表面涂层法通过金属/多酚配位、仿生黏附和榫卯结构金属有机框架(MOF)等策略,实现了超浸润、抗菌、分离-灭菌协同等功能,但存在涂层易脱落、孔隙率下降等问题;化学接枝法借助超临界流体辅助、高能辐射、点击化学和氧化还原等技术,构建了共价键稳定的功能层,显著提升了亲水性与抗污性,但可能损伤PVDF基体机械性能。现有技术仍面临多功能协同、长期耐久性和规模化制备等挑战。未来研究可聚焦界面工程、绿色工艺和智能响应等,推动PVDF膜开发向多功能集成化与环境自适应方向发展。This article reviews the latest progress in surface modification of PVDF membranes,with a focus on analyzing the modification mechanisms and performance improvement effects of surface coating and chemical grafting methods.The surface coating method achieves functions such as super wetting,antibacterial,and separation sterilization synergy through strategies such as metal/polyphenol coordination,biomimetic adhesion,and metal organic frameworks(MOFs)with mortise and tenon structures.However,there are problems such as easy coating detachment and decreased porosity;The chemical grafting method utilizes supercritical fluid assisted,high-energy radiation,click chemistry,redox and other technologies to construct a covalently stable functional layer,significantly improving hydrophilicity and anti fouling properties,but may damage the mechanical properties of PVDF matrix.The existing technology still faces challenges such as multifunctional collaboration,long-term durability,and large-scale preparation.Future research can focus on interface engineering,green processes,and intelligent response,promoting the development of PVDF membranes towards multifunctional integration and environmental adaptation.
