摘 要:阐述了当前四氯乙烯(PCE)的主要工业生产方法,比对分析了不同工艺的优缺点及国内外技术改进案例。基于国内产能分布和消费结构,结合《蒙特利尔议定书》基加利修正案对制冷剂五氟乙烷(HFC-125)生产的限制政策,预测未来市场发展趋势。针对行业挑战,提出严格控制新增产能、优化现有工艺和拓展高附加值应用领域等发展建议,为PCE行业转型升级提供科学依据。The main industrial production methods of tetrachloroethylene were elaborated,and the advantages and disadvantages of different processes,as well as domestic and foreign technical improvement cases were compared and analyzed.Based on the distribution of domestic production capacity and consumer institutions,combined with the restrictive policies on the production of refrigerant HFC-125 under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol,predict the future market development trend.In response to industry challenges,development suggestions such as strict control of new production capacity,optimization of existing processes,and expansion of high value-added application areas are proposed to provide scientific basis for the transformation and upgrading of the PCE industry.
