摘  要:为应对煤化工污水直接回用作锅炉补给水的挑战,在原工艺基础上引入“二级反渗透(RO)+连续电除盐(EDI)”组合工艺,形成“生化+预处理+超滤(UF)+反渗透+蒸发结晶”的整体处理流程。然而,实际运行处理效果不佳,特别是UF膜、RO膜和EDI模块频繁污堵,经化学清洗也难以恢复初始性能。因此,深入分析了生化系统、深度处理系统、浓水处理系统、双膜系统和纳滤分盐系统等存在的问题,并提出针对性的改进措施。这些措施成功实现了对复杂成分废水的深度处理,产水水质满足锅炉补给水的苛刻要求,同时产品盐的合格率大幅提升至98%以上。此举带来了显著的经济效益与环保效益,为煤制合成气行业的污水回用提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。To address the challenge of directly reusing coal chemical wastewater as boiler feed water,a combined process of"twostage reverse osmosis(RO)+continuous electric desalination(EDI)"is introduced on the basis of the original process,forming an overall treatment process of"biochemistry+pretreatment+ultrafiltration(UF)+RO+evaporation crystallization".However,the actual operational treatment effect is poor,especially with frequent fouling and blockage of UF membrane,RO membrane,and EDI module,and it is difficult to restore the initial performance after chemical cleaning.Therefore,in-depth analysis was conducted on the problems existing in biochemical systems,advanced treatment systems,concentrated water treatment systems,dual membrane systems,and nanofiltration salt separation systems,and targeted improvement measures were proposed.These measures have successfully achieved deep treatment of complex component wastewater,and the quality of the produced water meets the stringent requirements of boiler feedwater.At the same time,the qualification rate of the product salt has been significantly increased to over 98%.This move has brought significant economic and environmental benefits,providing valuable reference and inspiration for the reuse of wastewater in the coal to synthetic gas industry.
