摘　　要：中国塑料加工工业协会于2024年1月25日正式发布了《聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)棒材》(T/CPPIA 029-2024)团体标准,该标准于2024年2月1日实施。作为国内首个针对PCTFE棒材的团体标准,其系统规范了产品的分类、规格/标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及包装运输等内容,填补了该领域技术标准的空白,为生产制造和质量检验提供了科学依据。本文详细解读了该标准的编制背景、核心内容及技术指标,重点分析了产品分类、尺寸公差、力学性能(如硬度、拉伸强度)和电气强度等关键要求,并探讨了不同工艺(模压和挤出)对性能的影响。此外,结合国外先进标准,提出了未来修订方向。该标准的实施将推动我国PCTFE产业规范化发展,提升技术竞争力,助力高端装备制造领域的自主可控。The China Plastics Processing Industry Association officially released the group standard"Polytrifluorochloroethylene(PCTFE)Rod"(T/CPPIA 029-2024)on January 25,2024,which will be implemented on February 1,2024.As the first domestic group standard for PCTFE rods,it systematically regulates the classification,specifications/labeling,technical requirements,test methods,inspection rules,packaging and transportation of products,filling the gap in technical standards in this field and providing scientific basis for production,manufacturing and quality inspection.This article provides a detailed interpretation of the background,core content,and technical indicators of the standard,with a focus on analyzing key requirements such as product classification,dimensional tolerances,mechanical properties(such as hardness and tensile strength),and electrical strength.It also explores the effects of different processes(molding and extrusion)on performance.In addition,future revision directions have been proposed based on advanced foreign standards.The implementation of this standard will promote the standardized development of China's PCTFE industry,enhance technological competitiveness,and assist in the independent and controllable development of high-end equipment manufacturing.
