摘 要:针对甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸生产过程中的能量损耗问题,研究开发热量耦合综合利用技术。通过分析合成系统、精馏系统、吸收系统热源及冷量的相关数据,提出了反应热及精馏余热的综合回收方案,利用反应釜内反应热,以及脱轻塔、脱水塔、成品塔顶部的余热生产低压饱和蒸汽,然后通过热泵机组提升蒸汽的品位,为精馏塔提供热源,精馏塔冷凝液为溴化锂机组提供热源,溴化锂机组制备冷冻水为吸收工段提供冷量,从而实现热量耦合循环利用,极大地降低能源消耗,同时,对环境保护具有积极意义。Aiming at the energy loss problem in the production process of acetic acid by low-pressure carbonylation of methanol,the heat coupling comprehensive utilization technology was developed and researched.By analyzing the relevant data of heat sources and cold sources in the synthesis system,distillation system and absorption system,a comprehensive recovery scheme of reaction heat and distillation waste heat was proposed.The reaction heat in the reactor and the waste heat at the top of the de-light tower,de-water tower and product tower were used to produce low-pressure saturated steam.Then,the steam was upgraded in quality through a heat pump unit to provide heat sources for the distillation tower.The condensate from the distillation tower was used as the heat source for the lithium bromide unit,the lithium bromide unit prepares chilled water to provide cooling capacity for the absorption section thereby achieving heat coupling and circular utilization and greatly reducing energy consumption.At the same time,it has a positive significance for environmental protection.
