摘  要:针对有机硅行业副产甲基三氯硅烷(CH_(3)SiCl_(3))难以资源化利用,以及传统间歇式工艺生产甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)存在反应效率低、产物杂质含量高和副产氯化氢回收困难等难题,开发了一种基于资源循环利用的MTMS连续化生产工艺。该工艺以CH_(3)SiCl_(3)和甲醇为原料,通过醇解反应、多级精馏(脱轻、脱重)和甲醇回用系统,得到MTMS产品符合GB/T 35501-2017优等品标准,实现MTMS的连续高效合成与副产物闭路循环。进一步工艺条件优化,结果表明:在反应温度75.3~76.3℃、甲醇中水分质量浓度控制ρ(水分)≤400 mg·L^(-1)、n(CH_(3)SiCl_(3))∶n(CH_(3)OH)=1.0∶3.1条件下,MTMS收率可达到86%以上,副产氯化氢经深冷纯化后回用于氯甲烷合成,总体经济效益显著。本工艺解决了间歇法产能受限、三废处理成本高等行业痛点,为MTMS的绿色工业化生产提供了可行方案。A continuous production process for methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)based on resource recycling has been developed to address the difficulties in resource utilization of methyltrichlorosilane(CH_(3)SiCl_(3)),a byproduct of the organic silicon industry,and the challenges of low reaction efficiency,high impurity content in the product,and difficult recovery of by-product hydrogen chloride in traditional batch production processes for MTMS.This process uses CH_(3)SiCl_(3)and methanol as raw materials,and obtains MTMS products that meet the GB/T 35501-2017 premium product standard through alcoholysis reaction,multi-stage distillation(light and heavy removal),and methanol reuse system,achieving continuous and efficient synthesis of MTMS and closed-loop circulation of by-products.Further optimization of process conditions showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 75.3-76.3℃,controlled water concentration in methanol(water)≤400 mg/L and n(CH_(3)SiCl_(3))∶n(CH_(3)OH)=1.0:3.1,the yield of MTMS can reach over 86%.The by-product hydrogen chloride is purified by deep cooling and reused for chloromethane synthesis,with significant overall economic benefits.This process solves the industry pain points of limited production capacity and high cost of three waste treatment in the intermittent method,and provides a feasible solution for the green industrial production of MTMS.
