“又红又专”拔尖创新型人才培育模式探索——以东华理工大学钱七虎班为例

摘　　要：名誉校长钱七虎院士对东华理工大学教学、科研、学科建设和服务社会进行了悉心指导,尤其高度重视对本科生又红又专复合型人才的培育。以东华理工大学“钱七虎班”为研究对象,结合OBE教育理念,从人才培养目标定位、选拔机制创新、培养模式改革、师资力量投入及组织、经费保障等方面进行了解剖,该模式应用于“钱七虎班”人才培养中已取得了显著教学成果,积累的创新型人才培养经验对高校工科拔尖创新人才培养具有一定借鉴意义。Honorary President Academician Qian Qihu has provided meticulous guidance for East China University of Technology in teaching,scientific research,discipline construction,and social services,with particular emphasis on cultivating“both politically conscious and professionally competent”interdisciplinary talents among undergraduates.Taking the"Qian Qihu Class"at East China University of Technology as the research subject,this paper combines the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy to conduct a comprehensive analysis from multiple aspects including talent cultivation goal orientation,selection mechanism innovation,training model reform,faculty resource allocation,and organizational and financial safeguards.The application of this model in the"Qian Qihu Class"talent cultivation has achieved remarkable educational outcomes,and the accumulated experience in innovative talent cultivation offers valuable reference for cultivating top-notch engineering talents in higher education institutions.
