摘  要:北极地区油气资源储备丰富,然而海冰环境给极地海洋装备作业带来了重大挑战。当前对极区油气开发核心装备FPSO的冰载荷特性研究并不充分。为了实现平台在极地区域安全运行,提出将沙漏形FPSO投入极区使用。利用平台和海冰相互作用的离散元分析方法,数值模拟沙漏形FPSO与典型海冰的作用过程,分析不同装载吃水下的沙漏形FPSO冰载荷时域特性,并选取多工况与相同功能的传统圆筒形FPSO的冰载荷进行对比;基于正交试验设计法,讨论典型冰况下的海冰速度、海冰密集度、海冰厚度等冰况参数对沙漏形FPSO所受冰载荷的影响。结果表明:当装载吃水位于沙漏形FPSO的腰线以上时,冰载荷较小且FPSO具有优良的工作性能;沙漏形FPSO基于其外形特点相较圆筒形FPSO在抗冰性能上具备显著优势;典型冰况中海冰速度对沙漏形FPSO的冰载荷影响最显著,海冰密集度次之,且两者相互作用明显。研究结果可为极区FPSO的设计和运行提供科学依据和技术支持。The Arctic region is rich in oil and gas resources.however,the sea ice environment poses significant challenges to polar marine equipment operations.Currently,research on ice load characteristics of FPSO,the core equipment for oil and gas development in polar regions,remains limited.To ensure the safe operation of platforms in polar areas,hourglass-shaped FPSO is proposed for use in polar regions.Using the discrete element analysis method for platform-sea ice interaction,the study numerically simulates the interaction process between the hourglass-shaped FPSO and typical sea ice.The ice load time-domain characteristics of the hourglassshaped FPSO under various loading drafts are analyzed.A comparison of ice loads is conducted between the hourglass-shaped FPSO and a traditional cylindrical FPSO with the same functionality under multiple conditions.Based on the orthogonal design of experimental method,the effects of ice condition parameters—such as sea ice velocity,sea ice concentration,and sea ice thickness—on the ice load of the hourglass-shaped FPSO are discussed.The results show that when the loading draft is above the waist line of the hourglass-shaped FPSO,the ice load is smaller and the platform exhibits superior operational performance.The hourglass-shaped FPSO demonstrates significant advantages in ice resistance compared to the cylindrical FPSO due to its structural features.Among typical ice conditions,sea ice velocity has the most significant impact on the ice load of the hourglass-shaped FPSO,followed by sea ice concentration,with evident interaction effects between the two.This research provides scientific basis and technical support for the design and operation of FPSO in polar regions.
