摘 要:床面切应力的测量研究是推动泥沙运动理论进一步发展的关键。围绕新型恒温模式下热膜式壁面切应力传感器标定问题,对已有水下壁面切应力传感器标定装置进行了改进,提高了该装置的便利性与实用性,并且通过该装置进行了恒温模式驱动下的二维微机电系统(micro-electro-mechanical system,简称MEMS)热膜式壁面切应力传感器在不同水温下的水下大小与方向标定试验。研究表明:改进后的标定装置可成功实现不同水温下的壁面切应力传感器静态标定,恒温模式可驱动该传感器完成水下切应力测试;通过标定试验,构建了传感器不同温度下统一标定公式;经标定试验验证后的传感器灵敏度与准确性可以满足一般河口海岸工程对床面切应力的测量要求;该二维壁面切应力传感器能实现对壁面切应力角度的有效测量。标定后的传感器可应用于破碎波、波流等复杂海洋水动力条件下床面切应力的测量。The measurement of bed shear stress is crucial for advancing sediment movement theories.This study focuses on the calibration of a novel constant-temperature-mode hot film wall shear stress sensor.Improvements were made to existing underwater calibration devices for wall shear stress sensors,enhancing their convenience and practicality.Using the improved device,underwater calibration experiments were conducted for a two-dimensional micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)hot film wall shear stress sensor under constant temperature mode at varying water temperatures.Results indicate that the upgraded calibration device enables static calibration of the wall shear stress sensor under different water temperatures.The constant temperature mode effectively drives the sensor for underwater shear stress measurements.Through the calibration experiments,unified calibration formulas for the sensor under different temperatures were developed.The calibrated sensor demonstrated sufficient sensitivity and accuracy to meet the measurement requirements for bed shear stress in typical estuarine and coastal engineering.Additionally,the two-dimensional wall shear stress sensor effectively measures the angular component of wall shear stress.The calibrated sensor is applicable to measuring bed shear stress under complex oceanic hydrodynamic conditions,such as breaking waves and wave-current interactions.
