摘 要:针对配电自动化系统主站图模频繁异动导致的现场三遥对点效率低下及安全隐患问题,文章提出一种集成化便携式对点装置解决方案。通过模块化设计,整合遥信、遥控、信号指示、连接与电源功能,采用万能转换开关式遥信模块、电磁式继电器遥控模块及航插式连接技术,实现快速信号切换(单组变位耗时≤35 s)与高遥控成功率(>99%)。应用结果表明,该装置可将单间隔对点耗时由传统方式的12.2 min压缩至6 min以内,显著提升运维效率,同时消除带电拆线风险。研究成果为配电自动化系统安全高效运维提供了技术支撑,具备广泛推广价值。Aiming at the low efficiency and hidden safety problems caused by frequent change of the master station diagram mode in distribution automation system,this paper proposes an integrated portable point-to-point device solution.Through modular design,integration of remote communication,remote control,signal indication,connection and power functions,the use of universal transfer switch type remote communication module,electromagnetic relay remote control module and navigation plug-in connection technology,to achieve fast signal switching(single group of change time≤35s)and high remote control success rate(>99%).The application results show that the device can reduce the time of single interval point-to-point from 12.2 min in the traditional way to less than 6 min,significantly improve the operation and maintenance efficiency,and eliminate the risk of live line disassembly.The research results provide technical support for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the distribution automation system,and have extensive popularization value.
