摘  要:文章针对交流串入直流和空压机电源的合理分布及冗余设计进行了综合研究,通过案例阐述了其在火电机组正常运行、防非停应用的重要性。同时,叙述了该案例事故原因、暴露的问题、防范措施及改进建议。验证了电源合理分布及冗余性设计可提高设备运行可靠性,同时达到了火电机组降低此类事故引起非停的目的。该案例可为火电、化工等高连续性行业提供可复用的电源设计范式,尤其适用于涉及直流控制与气动执行的核心环节。In this paper,the rational distribution and redundancy design of AC series into DC and air compressor power sources are studied comprehensively,and the importance of their application in the normal operation and anti-non-shutdown of thermal power units is illustrated through cases.At the same time,the causes of the accident,exposed problems,preventive measures and improvement suggestions are described.It is verified that the rational distribution and redundancy design of power supply can improve the reliability of equipment operation,and achieve the purpose of reducing the non-shutdown caused by such accidents.This case can provide a reusable power supply design paradigm for high continuity industries such as thermal power and chemical industry,especially for the core links involving DC control and pneumatic execution.
