超疏水材料在环网柜防凝露中的应用研究

摘  要:随着城市电网建设的快速发展,环网柜等箱式电力设备在配电系统中的应用日益普及。然而,在外部环境温湿度变化的影响下,环网柜内部极易发生凝露,导致设备绝缘性能下降,产生局部放电甚至击穿等问题。文章从防凝露的角度出发,研究了一种具有优异疏水特性的超疏水材料,并通过试验验证其在环网柜中的应用效果。试验表明,超疏水材料能够有效排除冷凝水,保持设备表面干燥,减少因凝露导致的绝缘问题。With the rapid development of urban power grid construction,the application of box type power equipment such as ring main units in distribution systems is becoming increasingly popular.However,under the influence of external temperature and humidity changes,condensation is prone to occur inside the ring main unit,leading to a decrease in equipment insulation performance,partial discharge,and even breakdown problems.This article studies a superhydrophobic material with excellent hydrophobic properties from the perspective of anti condensation,and verifies its application effect in ring main units through experiments.Experiments have shown that superhydrophobic materials can effectively eliminate condensed water,keep equipment surfaces dry,and reduce insulation problems caused by condensation.
