摘 要:文章旨在探讨井下卷扬变频器故障时常见的检查、判断及维修方法。在井下卷扬变频器发生故障时,需读取故障代码,依据工作原理,结合故障现象,借助维修检测工具,使用适合的方法对其进行检测,而后确定故障点,查出故障元器件并进行更换。期间分析电路原理、时序关系等,以准确判断故障位置,进而进行故障检查。同时,技术人员需清楚其工作原理,掌握其常用检查处理方法,以最大限度地保障变频器正常运行。This paper aims to discuss the common inspection,judgment and maintenance methods when the underground winch converter fails.When the underground winch converter fails,it is necessary to read the fault code,according to the working principle,combined with the fault phenomenon,with the help of maintenance detection tools,use the appropriate method to detect it,and then determine the fault point,find out the faulty components and replace them.During the analysis of circuit principle,timing relationship,so as to accurately judge the fault location,and then fault inspection.At the same time,technical personnel need to be clear about its working principle and master its common inspection and treatment methods to maximize the normal operation of the inverter.
