摘　　要：随着智能制造的快速发展,越来越多的制造企业通过智能化改造以提升竞争力。企业在智能化改造过程中会面临需求及项目优先级不明确等问题。文章基于GE矩阵构建了智能制造需求分析模型,帮助企业量化项目优先级,制订合理的智能制造实施路线图。With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,more and more manufacturing enterprises are improving their competitiveness through intelligent transformation.Enterprises may face issues such as unclear requirements and project priorities during the process of intelligent transformation.This article constructs an intelligent manufacturing demand analysis model based on the GE matrix,which helps enterprises quantify priorities and develop a reasonable implementation roadmap for intelligent manufacturing.
