摘  要:文章围绕350 MW级超超临界π型锅炉的受热面安装展开了详细分析,重点探讨了水冷壁、集箱、吊挂装置等关键部件的安装技术。通过引入螺旋水冷壁的预拼装技术和智能化检测手段,提升了安装精度与施工效率。结合项目实施过程中涉及的设备验收、焊接工艺、质量控制及安全保障措施,总结了受热面安装的技术创新,旨在为类似工程提供理论依据和实践指导。In this paper,the installation of heating surface of 350 MW ultra-supercriticalπ-type boiler is analyzed in detail,and the installation technology of key components such as water wall,collecting box and hanging device is discussed.The installation precision and construction efficiency are improved by introducing the pre-assembly technology and intelligent detection means of spiral water cooling wall.Combined with the equipment acceptance,welding process,quality control and safety measures involved in the implementation of the project,the technical innovation of heating surface installation is summarized,aiming at providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for similar projects.
