摘　　要：铁路货场集装箱的装卸起重设备主要有两种,即铁路轨道吊、正面吊。文章以自动化铁路轨道吊在铁路货场上的首次推广使用为背景,结合项目现场安装、调试、测试的实践经验,对自动化铁路轨道吊技术在铁路货场运用的安全、可靠、高效性运行进行论述,可有效满足用户的作业需求。阐述了自动化铁路轨道吊的组成、工作模式、自动化系统功能,结合自动化铁路轨道吊的功能、安全测试,总结了自动化铁路轨道吊技术的优势,对提高铁路货场集装箱的装卸安全、效率,以及减少成本具有推动作用。There are mainly two kinds of lifting equipment for container loading and unloading in railway freight yard,namely railway track lifting and front lifting.Based on the first popularization and use of automated railway track crane in railway freight yard,combined with the practical experience of on-site installation,debugging and testing of the project,the paper discusses the safe,reliable and efficient operation of automated railway track crane technology in railway freight yard,which can effectively meet the operational needs of equipment users.This paper expounds the composition,working mode and functions of automated railway track crane.Combined with the functions and safety tests of automated railway track crane,it summarizes the advantages of automated railway track crane technology,which can promote the safety,efficiency and cost reduction of container loading and unloading in railway freight yard.
