摘  要:某平台投产运行以来,仪表气系统干燥塔故障次数明显增加,对系统的平稳运行和控制安全性带来了极大的影响。文章通过对PLC控制程序进行优化,实现了对控制阀故障状态的指示,同时对阀体执行机构进行了改良优化,有效保护了气缸限位结构易损件,提高了设备的运行稳定性。结果表明,通过这些优化措施,显著降低了仪表气系统干燥塔的故障率,并节约了备件及日常维保费用。Since a certain platform was put into operation,the number of failure of the drying tower of instrument gas system has increased significantly,which has brought great influence on the smooth operation and control safety of the system.By optimizing the PLC control program,the fault state of the control valve is indicated,and the actuator of the valve body is improved and optimized,which effectively protects the vulnerable parts of the cylinder limit structure and improves the operating stability of the equipment.The results show that through these optimization measures,the failure rate of the drying tower of the instrument gas system is significantly reduced,and spare parts and daily maintenance costs are saved.
